Support inline math?

Release 0.1.0 with SPM support

Write readme

Move test beancount text to files

With the move to SPM these files where converted to embedded strings in swift files, as the SPM does not yet support resource files, which is planned to be supported with Swift 5.3.

When this is released we should move them back to text files.

Support for push/pop tags

print Error where there are unexpected elements in the cost

Currently with the lookaheads unexpected elements are ignored, but they should print an error
