Add support for tags

Hi, I know that it's not officially released yet, but it's already possible to get API key, so do you plan on updating to use https://api.lifx.com/? Since lifx-http is pretty much broken with 2.0 firmare...
Add an option to disable lights or tags
If you have too many lights, loading them every time can take too much time and scrolling through them is not a pleasant experience.
Why not add an option to disable tags too while we're at it.
Switch to using malloc for light/tag array
