This project is designed to give me the experience in collecting, working and analyzing my personal data in the duration of 6-week observation started from August 2021 as part of my master subject assignment at University of Technology Sydney.

Containing in Rpubs blog is my own conducted analysis and justification on daily activities data in relation to physical activities, mental health and heath wellness (sleep quality) in general.

Furthermore, I also addressed some of the consider issues of privacy and ethics, with regard to both the specifics of what I did, and implications for data science, connecting to legal and ethical frameworks.
