cesmcatalog is a wrapper layer for cesmcatalog_ and tools to generate catalogs of CESM output.

Installation(COMING SOON)

cesmcatalog can be installed from PyPI with pip:

python -m pip install cesmcatalog

It is also available from conda-forge for conda installations:

conda install -c conda-forge cesmcatalog

Wrapper for open_esm_datastore

  1. Read in the csv.gz file generated by #2, and convert path from a relative path to absolute
  2. Create a dictionary containing the standard CESM intake-esm catalog JSON file
