This stems from a discussion between myself, @62442katieb, and @angielaird back in June. Since CASA focuses primarily on bilingual participants, many pilot participants found that the word conditions were more difficult. We don't necessarily care about the word-vs-number-vs-spatial representation elements of the task (esp. when spatial representation has been removed), so we can drop this condition completely.

We currently only support 2 runs, but based on discussions about power, we may need more than that. We need a new option that simply lets the experimenter put in however many runs they want.

For the CASA project, we just want math trials.

In the practice runs, show progress through the task in the bottom right of the screen.

In the real runs, show accuracy in the bottom right. Indicate decreases in accuracy are bad and increases are good.

We should add CASA-specific implementation details to the README.
