nautobot_ver being set to anything other than the minimum support version of nautobot can lead to migration dependencies being resolved to migrations that only exist in later version of nautobot.
example
min_nautobot_version=1.5.0
nautobot_ver=latest OR stable (let's pretend 2.0 didn't happen and that latest resolves to 1.6.2)
IF introducing a new model to the app or a change to a model then django would consider ALL migrations when doing it's dependency resolution and could reference 0022_interface_redundancy_group as a dependency of a migration which was introduced in 1.6.0 and would cause a traceback to occur if installed on anything in the 1.5.0 train.
