The jquery filter on user types doesn't work when removing one user, to add the updated one.
This content isn't inside the 'dom' as jquery is aware because it is loaded after jquery initiates.

Long term fix will be to put parameters on the blocks and update these one at a time instead of whole blocks at a time. Would keep everything in the same order as well, instead of pushing them to the end.

Lady we talked to seemed extremely reluctant to release these to us, let alone in a system any student can access. Need to be cautious about implementing this...

At the very least, session checking needs to be implemented into the ajax functions to no one is able to perform these actions on their own outside the webapp.
