Deploy #4 to Vercel, using same pattern as https://github.com/simonw/til

The database only contains 30 days worth of tide predictions, and the page logic expects the next 30 days to be available. If the script hasn't fetched fresh data from NOAA for a couple of days the site throws 500 errors!

They all are represented by the same colour red lines. But some of these low tides are good for tide pooling and others are rubbish.

Could visually distinguish the lowest rise of the day - or could use a different colour for tides that are below 0.

The site makes the assumption that you only want to go tidepooling in daylight (if you are advanced enough to do night tidepooling you can look at other tide times apps

Booleans like bathrooms etc need an icon list in the secondary content. This should be a general helper style though

Need to merge the work from there into the new wagtail version on the main branch.

Scanning the data what we want is the lowest tide times in daylight over the next 30 days. Its possible that once the tide depth chart is fixed this data will prove to be correct. Filing this as a marker for us to double check before launch

In the graphs I would like the lowest tide to be a red line and the other tide in the day to be a black line. In addition to the minima class on the minima marker, lets add a class of best-minima to it as well. I already have the styling in for this, just need the dynamic class added.

Easier to version-control the data and get something small and fast running with.
