Currently the deploy is pretty manually tied to forking master. Need to create simple way to deploy as app on separate apps.

I'm getting the following error from conda env:

conda env create -n mrs
Fetching package metadata: ..
Error: No packages found in current linux-64 channels matching: libxml2 2.9.0 1

Given a series of documents over time, create a predictor for emerging topics.

Issues with installing it today:

• Topik is now archived

• Python 2 is not in play these days

• Topik apparently is not listed in requirements

Still, seems like a useful concept. Can it be upgraded?

Having Topik separate creates a deployment challenge. Let's do a git-tree merge into the resource.
