[pom] Update the dependencies to the libraries in pom.xml.

• If yes, then in shutdown() all EntityManagerFactorys need to closed.

Add missing JavaDoc to the Interface ICrudService

The tests run only if the PrimitiveTypeEntityTest class runs for alone, not if all Testclasses runs.
