This allows in the future adding the threading if needed but should in short-term make it possible to easily communicate with current event loop.

We should be able to spawn threads, each with their own event queue, and you should be able to fetch current event queue for current thread.

Allows for adding new functionality to events without every time changing the EventLoop class.

Each event should have an adjustable priority and event loop should be a priority queue, not just a list.
