I also had the same problem. It can be solved by removing %artist% but it won't have the artist name if you care about that
In this issue I have a similar script #1124
It won't be as fast because I use hashing + file name to create a .txt file
Then it uses the txt file to find all unique hash + file name and move into the new folder without artist name (PixivID) or Fanbox (FanboxID). Same file name with different hash will get modified date added like the script above
It's more of a collection of scripts plus some random scripts. (Read the usage guide)
