nalu-examples's Issues

remove GXT example

GXT is a widget library provided by Sencha. At the moment there is no active development in sight. Also, GXT in the current version will never work with J2CL.

Question:
Should we remove the GXT example?

What do you think?

[Question] Error during the maven install cannot find symbol "AppApplicationImpl"

Hi sorry again to bother, I have integrated my libraries in your project (to check some library collision) and I get the following error:

[ERROR] [1;31mD:\ws-6.1\7.4\gwt-example-multimodule\nalu-simple-app-example-client\src\main\java\com\github\nalukit\nalu\simple\app\client\App.java:[44,37] error: cannot find symbol[m
[ERROR] [1;31m symbol: class AppApplicationImpl[m
[ERROR] [1;31m location: class App

On this line:

Could the error be because I am using gwt version 2.9.0 instead of the version 2.10.0 ?

To make my use case as clear as possible I'll put the project that triggers the error here: https://github.com/p4535992/gwt-example-multimodule

Ty for your time

[Question] What maven command i must use for generate the single war (client gwt + springboot server) ?

Hi sorry to bother, I just recently started to study gwt , so maybe the question is a bit stupid.

I'm following the simple example structure https://github.com/NaluKit/nalu-examples/tree/main/nalu-simple-app-example

What maven commands need to be run to generate the war containing both the gwt client part and the spring boot server part ?

Also, my project is based on gxt version 4 and I understand that there was an example based on gxt once too ?
Could you please give me a reference ?

Thank you.
