For understandibility's sake

It is not clear how to change the username. Maybe add a change-symbol to it?

The list of current games is not refreshed, but should be :)

If I am using a very long game name like "1234567897156465465465465456465465465465465465465465444444444444054056465434534444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444"
then it looks awful in the pre start game phase. (I've attached an file)

Teststeps:

1. Be on the start page.
2. No input in the field for a game id.
3. Click on "Join Game".
   Nothing happens. I expected that a message appears which tells me that I have to type a game id into the field.

It seems that it is impossible to close a game that I've opened and it will stay in the games list.

Follow these steps:

1. Create a game.
2. A visitor join the game.
3. The game is startet with the visitor.
4. The visitor leaves the game before the first move was made.
   Result: It is possible for the Owner (who left there alone) to make a move.

I am not sure what is expected?

I guess it will work in both directions

Follow these steps

1. Start a game
2. Click "Play against a local player"
3. Change Username of the the Owner or the Opponent
   Result: The username change for the Owner AND the Opponent
   Expected: Possible to change the username only for one of the players

Some calls to user (setNick) are still done via $http service. Refactor according to GameService (8d4e870).

A revenge button is needed after a game finished

Every time the app is loaded, a new user id is created and stored in the cookie

F.e. if a game exists in the lobby and gameplay routes

errorhandling should be handled in all controllers, so a BaseController is useful

Steps:

1. Go to start page
2. Click fast two times on Join Game -> Errormessage appears
3. Type in not existing Game id and click Join Game (in the span of 4 seconds) -> errormessage appears at first spot
4. last errormessage gets deleted first

Teststeps

1. Type a game id with a question mark
2. Click "Create game"
   First time I've tried "Noch mal verlieren?", I've got an exception.
   The secone time I've tried "Okay?, nothing happend. I've stayed on the start page. If I refresh the site the game appears in the game list
