let say i have a server running ssh on port 2222

ssh-copy-id doest not allow me to copy my pub key to that diffrent port
or did i missed something ?

ssh-copy-id "-p2222 [email protected]"
result: not working
ssh-copy-id [email protected] -p2222
result: not working

the above ips are dummy ips.

Installed the module in Powershell per the instructions.

Target host is a Debian 11 machine (running in a container on Proxmox, hopefully that doesn't change anything)

The target user account on the remote machine has bash as their default shell

Behavior

1. Run the command, e.g.

   ssh-copy-id 192.168.0.xx -i .ssh/ansible_ed25519.pub

2. The feedback is a bash error from the remote end-

   bash: line 1: /dev/null ]: Permission denied

3. The key is added to ~/.ssh/authorized_keys, preceded by a blank line (not sure if that is expected behaviour?)

Note: /dev/null has default permissions on the remote machine-

crw-rw-rw- 1 nobody nogroup 1, 3 Apr 12 09:16 /dev/null```

Good day, an error occurred when i run ssh-copyid [email protected] on powershell. my os is win11.
