It will be better to change the device name from spartan to RMX1821 , so that people can flash decrypted ota using twrp.

OTA checks two places for device name:

1. getprop("ro.product.device") == "RMX1821"
2. getprop("ro.product.name") == "RMX1821"

if the device name is something other than RMX1821, flashing will abort.

I guess it will require so many changes in the files name and other place, hence I am not doing it myself
