同名のアプリがあると先が後に上書きされる

Parallelsプリ共有などでGoogle Chromeが2つ（Mac用とWindows用）があると、リストアップされる際に先に来たほうがあとに来た方に上書きされてしまう。
アプリ名は主キーにはできないので修正が必要。
