Given a .bnd file, we should be able to exercise the HVAC-Diagram tool and confirm the SVG is created.

Test the 32-bit package without python support.

To avoid waiting on CI to finish, just have it run locally built packages with a special run argument.

Mac is still struggling to run because it relies on trying to find the python wrapper DLL in the same directory as the called executable. On Mac, if you run from the symlink, this resolves to the symlink directory, which is not where E+ actually lives. This may be addressed as we move toward the file system stuff in C++17, but for now we just need to test it and offer a workaround.

Need a cross-platform, reliable way, to open the first page of each PDF and make sure the version number matches the expected version.

Documentation check was added on Linux and Python/C API checks were added on Linux. These need to also be added for Windows/Mac.

For documentation, just need to get pdftk on Mac/Windows, and run it the same way:

For API, it's going to need some work. I think we need to go back to the drawing board a bit for linking to and packaging up the Python binary lib. On Mac, we need to go back to @executable_path because that's not working....or we need to more dynamagically load in the python DLL. For API calls, the E+ API DLL is trying to load it, but we don't need it for API runs. Maybe go the dlopen route...not sure.
