Some bundles references their exported packages in Import-Package, like this :

Import-Package: foo.bar;version=1.2.3
Export-Package: foo.bar;version="1.2.3"

Auto-builder fails on that case, considering this as a cyclic dependency.

I've made a small patch to test those self-cycles before considering it is a 
cyclic dependency.

Hi,

If a JAR contains a manifest with the Bundle-Classpath entry, an exception can 
occur (see below). It seems to be the result of the modification of the 
classPathValues list while reading its content.
I attach a small patch, replacing the for loop by a while loop, which computes 
the length of classPathValues at each iteration.

IndexError: list index out of range

The manifest entry is like :

Bundle-Classpath: .,
  lib/foo.jar,
  lib/bar.jar
