I found party-endpoint is returning bulks of results. Could you please add pagination for this endpoint?

Thanks for adding the pagination. But I think it'd be more complete to add a few more data in the meta like total, current_page, total_page.

I'm having an itch to see that party-endpoint does not have same URLs with those from candidate and FAQ endpoints. I have to request party/ to get the party list while candidate/list and faq/list do the same work. Another one, party/detail/<id> does the same like candidate/<id> and faq/<id>. It would be better to have consistent URLs like party/list and party/<id>, I think.

We already have official party data and also better graphics for party flags and stamps. Please update our current database with this https://github.com/MyanmarAPI/dataset/blob/master/party/my-parties.csv
