Hi,
I was setting a bar and all it's running pretty nice, but when I use a transparent color for the background, the animation becomes so slow, is there any fix or do you have any idea to correct that?.

I'm using this code:

  screen = s,
  bg = "#00ff001C",
  position = "left",
  size = 35,
  size_activator = 5,
  show_delay = 0,
  hide_delay = 0.10,
  }

Also I tried with the opacity property but it didn't work.

I currently have two monitors, where i am trying to only have the slidebar active on one of them. I'm not able to bind the screen to anything besides s or nil, where nil presents only one the main screen (with tags and such that aren't representative of my screen 1), and s presents both slidebars on screen 1, 1 where i expect it, and the other with a slight offset. Is there some other parameter I should pass in to limit only the slidebar on screen 1?

Loading the module by adding this line: local slidebar = require('slidebar') in any file, including rc.lua, produces a C stack overflow.

Specs:

• Arch Linux
• awesome v4.3 (non git version)
