Dollar cost averaging is a simple investment strategy where you invest a fixed amount each month to reduce the impact of volatility. Since you are investing a fixed amount each time, you buy more stocks when the price is lower and fewer stocks when the price is higher.

This is a simple web app that lets you put in the ticker symbol of a stock and an investment schedule to see your total gains. You can also see the average price that you bought the stock at.
