[charts] Rendering a Bar Chart with an empty dataset throws an error about mui-x HOT 3 CLOSED

I can confirm this bug and found the "culprit" already.
It is a fairly easy fix, so you are welcome to pick it up yourself.
Here is a diff to get things started:
