bugfix fire action

increase the rate of fire and set the right mouse button to hold down for action Shoot until it is released

Add Feature System Upgrade Level

This feature is used to increase the health level or weapon level if it reaches a certain experience value. Experience is obtained if you manage to collect the viral genome from the battle.
