dist's Issues

Error when using --verbose together with --ask

When using --verbose together with --ask (e.g. dist --ask upgrade --verbose) dist fails with the following error:

Do you want to proceed [Y/n] Error: No such file or directory - --verbose

Indicate progress in between packages

It is helpful to see how many packages have been already or still need to be installed when multiple packages are installed. A colorful title indicating the progress as a fraction could be displayed, e.g.

=== [4/13]: Installing/Upgrading qt5 ===

Related to #3.

Show progress in title bar

When installing/upgrading multiple packages at once (including their dependencies), show the progress as simple numbers in the title bar along the name of the current package, e.g. [5/21]: qt5

Show caveats after installing/upgrading all packages

Instead of showing the Caveats after each package which can be overseen when using verbose output the output should be accumulated until the end of the install/upgrade phase and shown at once with headlines indicating to which package the message belongs.
