Need to make settings global on a proj template

From Дмитрий Федюк on the review page:

This is very useful plugin for me! But the current version (1.0.5) has an imperfection: the plugin does not allow to make its settings default (global for all projects), and plugin settings (regular expression pattern and replacement) need to be copied among projects manually.

He's right, need to provide this feature

Trouble in PhpStorm 2016.2.3

I love the idea of this plugin. Pasting the backslashed paths into quoted strings in PHP is often a disaster.

With the plugin, I get only one added menu item under the main edit menu: copy relative path.
That does reverse the backslashes, but a relative path is not always what I want.

I also don't see any place to edit a regex.

Not PyCharm compatible

User reported that the plugin is not PyCharm compatible, quote:

I did download and install it on PyCharm Community Edition 4.0.6 and I didn't get any errors. But the "Copy current file's file path or dir path with Unix file separators" isn't in the "Find Action" menu. It isn't in the "Keymap" or "Menus and Toolbars" in the Settings window.

Would need to download PyCharm community edition, install it and find out what's up with that.

The user can't create keyboard shortcuts either, so it's high priority.
