Try esbuild or SWC, see how much it speeds up compilation time

To reproduce the issue add example code:

Such code should prevent the app from compiling

Current output of pencil is not exactly the same as the output of the pencil from original Windows 10 Paint

• configure Webpack
• change .scss extensions to .module.scss, update imports

• upgrade React to newest stable version
• change class components to function components with hooks
• change mapStateToProps to useSelector

After testing, it turns out it's possible to trigger mousemove up to 1000 times (looks like the mouse frequency is the limit) and that's too frequent. Maximum frequency should be no more than monitor frequency and possibly lower for very fast refreshing monitors.

style:check should be run instead of eslint:check on CircleCI

Update imports so that we can import types in such way:

import {exampleTypes} from '@types';

Investigate possible options:

• styled components https://styled-components.com/
• scss modules
• styling using "style" property
• other options (?)
