work on packaging

I just copied some setup.py template and customized it for this project. I don't have any experience actually packaging a python module, but I know there are a lot of deprecations going on with setuptools.

  • figure out the current best practice for simple python module packaging
  • do that here
  • publish to pypi
  • possibly package in MSYS2

add documentation

Hopefully it's mostly self-explanatory, and I did base as much of the interface as possible on pyalpm.
