Win7/8.1 final FULL snapshot required.

Could you, please, setup the final snapshot both of MSYS2 and all packages to the date when Win7/8.1/servers support was full in all packages? I clearly understand that it will be neither updated (and it is very good if all is working) nor supported (and it is not required due to unsupported OS). The mirrors inside MSYS2 for Win7/8.1 should point to this final snapshot. I can mirror it additionally, if it is required.

pacman database archive

I still can't use the old archive pacman soft database?
Did it work like archive.archlinux.org, but I can't find the archive website Url,
I need download and use the old software before 2022-04-01, so can you help me for this?
