.syncshell.ini not found when installed through pip

Hello!

Really cool project! Unfortunately I had an issue when running this on my machine for the first time (Ubuntu 16.04 with zsh 5.1.1 (x86_64-ubuntu-linux-gnu)).

I've installed the package with sudo pip install syncshell, but when I try to run it I get the following error:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/local/lib/python3.5/dist-packages/.syncshell.ini'

I've downloaded the mentioned file from the repo, put it on the path and then it started working.

support for windows

it would be nice to make this project cross-platform. by supporting Powershell. or maybe you could make this repo plugin based instead of CLI. that way you can use Hyper or other cross-platform terminals to implement sync features.
