Only enable web sites for buckets that start with www

Add the ability to set up restricted web sites with policies that would be useful for intranets

Perhaps AmazonS3Client is not threadsafe. Let's first try without multithreading. Might need a collection of AmazonS3Client objects, if static objects are not used overmuch.

After sync, where newly modified files are uploaded, next time sync is run they are downloaded again. This happens because the last modified seconds differ; the S3 date is set to the upload time, and the last-modified metadata is ignored. Perhaps the last-modified time can be set after the file is uploaded.

Hardcoded MIME type to file types is not sufficient. Perhaps use the com.amazonaws.services.s3.internal.MimeTypes class, which reads from mime.types if present in the classpath, otherwise use SVN mimetype format, or Apache httpd format?
