Use the same YAML syntax checker

We are currently using two different YAML syntax checker one in the dangerfile.js and another in the php script to cut the release branch. We should only use one to avoid issues when one passes and other does not.

Refactor the campaign landing/promotional pages

Need to clean up the code a bit for it built so differently then other content types.
