When doing #5 I found a pattern in the date string that also indicates the source of the note. It seems that a date string ending in 0000 indicates one's own notes. Maybe we can target it specifically to free people from Nikki's annoying tutorial notes.

On 11.4 with 1.1, you still get the green screen. If you hit the "return to homebrew launcher" button combo, you get to the install screen. However, it fails to actually create the extdata. This also happens when you delete the xml file.

I have received bomb that is dated //20255, so that it is always the latest letter to be replaced by the installer. Can the installer replace the second instead?

In the first version of the installer, it would install but when I opened my folder in swapdoodle, it crashed. I saw that there was a new version, so I upgraded, and now it crashes when I press my region's button. I am booting the homebrew launcher (*hax 2.8) using hblauncher_loader on Luma3DS. I have the 3 needed files on my SD. Here's the memory dump it gave me.

so I'm on ver. 11.4 O3DS, will I not be able to access the HBL at all? because i continue to crash whenever i use the 11.3 or 11.2 payloads, which is the only solution I've been offered so far.
