Functionality to reload plugin configuration (settings) via command.

Current minecraft version is 1.18, but need to upgrade to atleast 1.19.

Server has been migrated to Minecraft v1.20.1. Should update dependencies and API calls as well.

paperweight plugins now exist on Gradle plugins repo so it's not necessary to use older (Maven) repo. Plus the neweat version is 1.5.3 (currently using 1.3)

List out stuff that the plugin can do.

Add functionality on top of Discord webhook (#2) to send notification on who is playing minecraft.

Tasks:

• Implemented basic messages for player logging
• Implemented message formatting
• Check whether player rejoined after getting connection error and send a message accordingly if not rejoined
• Don't send message of player joining the game if they rejoined after network error

Since plugin code (especially Even handling) is run on a single main thread, it might increase performance while sending messages. This is because there can be micro stutters or some lag on server when sending messages to web hook.

Change important repository URLs. Other repository endpoints are deprecated and will be taken offline in the future.
