Sample to show how to track any surgical tool on HoloLens 2 with an external IR tracking system(OptiTrack) by simply attaching 4 IR markers to it. Prelim accuracy of 1-6mm (real probe tip vs virtual probe tip) in a 0.5m^3 workspace using manual alignment to calculate the transform between HL and Optitrack cam space. Uses Kabsch alg from: https://github.com/zalo/MathUtilities. Still under development. Documentation/comments etc coming soon.
