Botkit Middleware to populate Facebook Messenger user info to a Botkit message

Installation

Add github repo url to package.json

Example:

var fbuser = require('botkit-middleware-fbuser')({
    accessToken:'<fb_access_token>',
    fields: ['first_name', 'last_name', 'locale', 'profile_pic','timezone','gender','is_payment_enabled'],
    logLevel:'error',
    expire: 24 * 60 * 60 * 1000, // refresh profile info every 24 hours
    storage: '<Botkit storage object>'
});


controller.middleware.receive.use(fbuser.receive)

A message object will have an additional field user_profile with the fields requested to Facebook API.

OAuthException

Hi there

Today I'm seeing the below error. The FB page access token is working for the botkit controller. (Note if you like the misspelled 'occured' too:)

An error occured in the receive middleware:  
{ message: '(#2) Service temporarily unavailable',
  type: 'OAuthException',
  is_transient: true,
  code: 2,
  fbtrace_id: 'DcPlLK/08Sc' }

Very useful middleware, thanks! 🙌

I have facebook returning me weird urls for the profile pictures:

ex: 
https://lookaside.facebook.com/platform/profilepic/?psid=XXX&height=1024

Is this something you're seeing as well? They are redirect urls.
Could we add something in this middleware to go through the redirections and store the actual link to the resource?

Does not work anymore with locale, gender and timezone

Reffering to https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/identity/user-profile/#fields documentation, locale, gender and timezone data requires additional permissions.

Right now middleware throws an error:

An error occured in the receive middleware:  { message: '(#100) Insufficient permission to access user profile.',
  type: 'OAuthException',
  code: 100,
  error_subcode: 2018247,
  fbtrace_id: 'HW+4/ZanJmC' }

I do not really know how to ask for the additional permissions.
