After issue #1 is fixed, we want to improve the smart contract to have a "state" configurable by "owner".
The state have the following features:

• set the amount of fees for each type of exchange
• decide which token is preferred to collect the fees, and get the fee from maker or taker according to the preferred situation

Our dApp must be able to listen to the events emitted by the 0x exchange smart contract so it can be awaken when one of our orders are executed or cancelled.

If the order is cancelled. The dApp will send a query to our exchange smart contract so that it can refund the fees.

So our smart contract must also implement that "fee refund" feature

The client code calling this smart contract must be the same as the code able to call the original smart contract.

A first version of this contract just forwards the function call to the original contract.
