I have been using these scripts to pull information into my MySQL site for some time now, and they work flawlessly.
I do have one question. The aishub_stations.py script seems to pull information from the actual stations' page, rather then from the stations list. I understand that the lon/lat are not on the stations list page, but this slows the script down very much and also, the status is not in the output of the script.

Is there any way to develop a second script that puts information in the same table, or perhaps another table that pulls all the stations from the stations list page?
I could then ommit any stations that is offline from the queries in the mysql database...

Do you have any sample data (to simulate what is read from the API onhttps://github.com/mplattu/aishub-collector/blob/master/aishub-collector.py#L23) that you can put in the repo ? This will be helpful to add tests on the code.
