We currently have two testruns. You might have seen this in the tps-ci list. If not you should really subscribe to it. Those two are desktop and mobile. Whereby it is not clear if the latter testrun is that helpful.
For the future when Mozmill tests exist we will still run them all in one go. Only if it turns out it takes longer as expected we can split the tests up into bundles, or separate back-end tests from Mozmill tests.
