Tooltip covered by source credit when mobile platform is vertical (iPhone 5, iOS7).

It's incredibly difficult to click on any smaller state, and next to impossible to click on DC in the mobile version. We need a solution.

Need to set max width at 70 percent or something like that. It's too big.

Map comes up huge when mobile platform is horizontal (iPhone 5, iOS7)

Need to set a max height for the tooltip box. If box is too long the text flows into the story text when mobile device is vertical (portrait).

Shell is wide open for you to enter for the rest of today and tomorrow morning. No one else will be in it.

Note:
Any js files that we'll need over and over should go onto s3, in the /mjassets/interactives/plugins/ directory, and the urls in the index.html file changed accordingly.

Stage at 630 for the time being, even if it looks janky, and we'll sort it out tomorrow re: full-width if that's the best way.

CSS can go in the shell itself, for the time being.
