Spelling error in the word particle in doc strings.

Used port(anchor=_ch2) in a later line, but don't specify when the users create it that it should be called _ch2. Maybe best to start that line with

Missing places with # add your code here:

• bottom of class _CH3
• n==1 case in class CG_Alkane

When doing the for loop in the CG_Alkane class, I would have a few more of these code blocks partially filled in partially. This isn't always the most intuitive step.

The polymer builder is a little finicky to use, because there's a couple ways to do it. Make sure people use a visualize to see what they built (it will look like length 7 if n=5 because of the two terminal groups). You may want to build with n=3 in this case.

Cassandra stuff is still in there. Are we leaving it?
