To simply the newly downloaded SDK selection policy (through in-built Apache SDK Installer UI, in Windows) and since the UI is now using in multiple areas, "USE AS DEFAULT SDK IN MOONSHINE" button text replaced with "NEW SDK IS READY TO USE".
Clicking on the button will close the SDK installer UI and shall reflect to the selected SDK value from where the UI was opened.

Following problems those we found in downloading new SDK through in-built Apache SDK installer, and fixes.
- New Project dialog opens
- Clicked on "Download a new SDK" link - this opens the in-built SDK installer view
- [BUG] If chose to download any FlexJS SDK (instead of Flex SDK) (tested with FlexJS 0.8.0), upon completion the button shows wrong text instead of "NEW SDK IS READY TO USE" - Fixed
- Clicking on the button returns user to the New Project creation dialog and updates the custom SDK value properly, complete the project creation process
- Right-click on the project node and open Settings
- [BUG] Go to project's custom SDK section - it shows as SDK is not defined - Fixed
- Click on "Download a new SDK" link - this opens the in-built SD installer view
- [BUG] The opening section thrown ActionScript error through it's "Install Log" window - Fixed
