We are building config file under obj/ based on information provided in used Flex SDK. It turns out version of SDK which client uses had in flex-config.xml 3 digits version - our parsing to simple Number was failing in that case. I have pushed fix where if parse is failing we are using minimum default player version 10.

@rat-moonshine @Aszusz Can anyone test newest build on Windows - just download it and run - let me know if you have any problems with update.

I was able to build HelloWorld using the current Flex 4.16.1.
