I'm not sure the exact colors we would use for this, check with flo or idechix.

If you make the window small (or your default size is small, like mine) the button overlaps the Minimize button, click on the "Instantbird button" clicks through to the minimize though. Not sure what should be done, maybe have a minimum size?

On Windows 7/Vista, the proper behavior of having a button like this is for pressing "alt" to bring back the standard menu bar. I know this works in Firefox and there's an extension to do it as well: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/4762/

Most visible with Aero turned off, but also noticeable with it on.

There's a 1px white and 1px black border at the top of the window, which shouldn't exist.
