I have just added monika to server but when i try $!insult command it says :

Either you don't have permissions to do this or this command is disabled.
ı have tried to give all the permission to myself but bno results and i didnt disable anything, there is no command to enable it

whenever i do $!monify and do the information it says that it cannot do the command. i have tried upvoting it but that did nothing. help?

Under the current implementation if two filters are added, where one is the subset of the other, they may prevent the removal of any filters, or the execution of any commands until the bot is re-instantiated.
Steps to reproduce:

1. $!filter add filter
2. $!filter add ilter
3. $!filter remove filter
   Expected output: That word has been removed from the filter!
   Actual output: @username, that word is against this server's filter!

Here is the error message when sending command $!duck.

Command` raised an exception: ClientConnectorError: Cannot connect to host api.random-d.uk:443 ssl:None [Name or service not known]
