My name is Santiago. 🦆 I'm a back-end web developer and a computer enthusiast. I live in Bogotá, Colombia.

Currently working as a SSr Software Engineer @ Mercado Libre 🤝

Some facts about me:

  • 🛠 I have experience working with high-traffic web-apps on Golang, Kotlin, React and NodeJS; both in the front-end and the back-end (even though I mainly do back-end these days), delivering experiences to a userbase located throughout 17 countries in Latin America.
  • 🎓 I'm a Computer Systems Engineer, graduated from Universidad Nacional de Colombia ❤
  • 🌱 I’m currently learning Rust! Low(er) level programming is really fun 🦀
  • 🌠 In the past I've made some personal and academic projects in Go, Java (with Spring Boot), C, Dart (Flutter) and Python.
  • 💻 Currently interested in web technologies and API development.
  • 💬 Ask me about music! I'm a huge music fan, currently into Turnstile ☁️ and De La Soul 🌼.
