There seems to be a bug in MAXIT when generating REMARK 350. REMARK 350 APPLY THE FOLLOWING TO CHAINS: AAA -> REMARK 350 APPLY THE FOLLOWING TO CHAINS: A fixes the issue.
Or rather, the mmCIF file uses AAA as auth_asym_id which gets blindly copied by MAXIT. I would probably report this to wwPDB to fix the source file itself.

Thank you, you are right, it's not bug in Mol*. Closing and will report to wwPDB.

Response from wwPDB is that MAXIT doesn't rename chains. I need to rename it myself before.
