How do you add this to a project we imported into azure devops that has a hosted xml project?

We are loving this extension and would like to have the min-length increased so more details can be added to a single checklist item

In one of our Projects this extension disappeared on 07.02.2024. It was still visible in other Projects in the same organization and it was also still present in the Process Layouts. While troubleshooting I saw that the only difference to other Projects was that we only had "Boards" enabled in Azure DevOps services as we use it only for the Project management. I had to enable "Repos" and "Pipelines" also to get this extension to work again.

We face an issue with CheckList extension.
Actually, when we open a workItem in chrome we have an infinite loader on checkList Area and the chrome window crash a few seconds later.

The version that we use is :

When I have some items with labels that have a capital letter, the filter does not appear to work. It shows the labels correctly. When I select 1 or more that have a capital letter, no values appear. It does not seem to matter where the capital letter(s) are in the label

We are an organization with multiple projects and teams.
In addition to shared and personal checklists, it would be useful to be able to define checklists at the project and team levels.

When selecting to filter a task by the label, it returns no results when there are clearly results to return:

Are test cases included in the "work items" that the work item checklist extension can be used for?

I would like to modify an existing workitem to have two checklists. Is this possible with this extension? I have loaded the extension but can only see one 'default' checklist.

Using now your tool for adding a nice list with acceptance criteria at a workitem. (like MS planner)
We also use other tools for exporting Requirement documentation from the backlog's into Word.
Is there any solution of advise how we can extract the items in the checklist from the control (at he backend) to add them to our req. documentation?

A few users in my org are experiencing intermittent issues with the extension, causing the window to freeze or crash (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
I don't have any errors in the console like mentioned in issue #8, nor see anything amiss in the n

90% of the times the page crashes, even though there is no checklist.

Hi - I have a couple of customer's working with us using bug bash who have found that they can only access using Chrome (previously used IE). This only appears to after updates at the weekend, should this be the case? Thanks

Would be much nicer for a clean interface to remove the new entry field (including the mandatory checkbox) and show them after clicking a small + icon or something like that.
Just like all input borders in devops aren't visible until you hover over the field, which keeps the form clean.

Ps: what's mandatory about anyway?
And the labels, what are those for?

Any chance the tool will be compatible for Azure DevOps Server in later releases? My team is looking to use the tool.

In the extension only the emoji button has an icon.

Great work on the Work item checklist extension! It would be great if it were possible to add or remove shared checklist items in work item templates similar to the Tags (Add) and Tags (Remove) field options.

The createdBy is the person who accepted the bug, can it be the person who actually logged the bug?
AuthorizedAs = Person accepting
CreatedBy = Original bug logged

1. Is it possible to write a query that returns work items that have specific checklist items checked?
2. Is it possible to see the state of all the checklist items in the query results?
3. Is it possible to update the state of individual checklist items with an API?

I really appreciate this extension, but cannot use it, because in our company Azure DevOps Server in operation only.
Is there any chance or plan to support Azure DevOps Server in the future as well?

When we open a Product Backlog Item or Work Item from the backlog, the checklist section keeps loading. Eventually the page is broken.

We are in the process of migrating from one environment to another environment. Because of the way that data is stored in this extension, my understanding is that it will not be possible to move the completed checklists from our old env. to the new one, as the checklist data is not stored on the workitem itself.

What would you recommend to help us migrate? Is there a way to extract the data from the extension?

While trying to enter a Bug Bash Item (Bug), after filling in the title and description I am getting this error and do not know how to correct it:

TF401320: Rule Error for field Description. Error code: Required, InvalidEmpty. 12 additional errors occurred during validation of the work item. Please correct all errors and try again.

I have this ticked as part of a checklist which is added to each ticket but tickets can be saved/moved to closed etc without any interaction taking place with the fields.

Is there a way to enforce rules for the fields which have to be filled in?

I'd like to use this as a definition of done checklist for tickets going to the closed column of a board.
