Licence Plate Recognition (Cars Plate):

Thanks to :

OpenCV : open source computer vision and machine learning software library, provides a common infrastructure for computer vision applications and to accelerate the use of machine perception in the commercial products

Pytesseract (Python-tesseract) : contains an OCR engine - libtesseract and a command line program

Installation :

1- Install OpenCV : pip install opencv-python

2- Install Pytesseract : pip install pytesseract

How to Use:

1- Download the Project

2- Open it in Pycharm or any other IDE

3- Run "python ./Src/Mobile_Web_Cam_Recognition.py"
