Calculate estimated wait time based on the number of waffles

Based on the order size, calculate an estimated time needed for the bakery to produce the waffles.

Notify the original order consolidator when it's time to go down.

Fix/remove hubot-google-images

Google no longer offers an unregistered image search API. (https://github.com/hubot-scripts/hubot-google-images)

We've recently been encountering some issues where the hubot gets disconnected, and stays disconnected, in some weird state. We have to go in and manually restart the service to get it back up, even though the node instance is still running.

This appears to be related to slackapi/hubot-slack#203 where they mention (in slackapi/hubot-slack#203 (comment)) that now there are 'team migrations' being forced by the servers, and which are only handled properly in the latest node-slack-sdk.

When hubot-slack is eventually bumped to use the latest node-slack-sdk, we should upgrade to see if it fixes this problem.
